Zhen An Metallurgy provides you with silicon barium alloy, the composition can be customised, barium content of 10%-30%, silicon content of 35%-65%, and other residual amount can be adjusted. Silicon barium alloy is mainly used as deoxidiser and desulphurising agent for steel making and inoculant for casting. Silicon barium alloy improves the quality of steel through deoxidation and desulphurisation, which makes the liquid steel purer and the steel performance higher. Compared with traditional Ferrosilicon alloys, silicon-barium alloys are more efficient and economical. Silicon barium alloys can also be used in ductile cast iron as an inoculant for cast iron to promote graphite formation and enhance the mechanical properties of cast iron. Silicon barium alloy is a long-lasting and effective inoculant in cast iron production.
