Types of ferro silicon barium Alloys

Silicon barium

Silicon-barium alloy (Si Ba) is a high-quality inoculant and a highly active iron alloy. Silicon-barium inoculant is suitable for gray cast iron, ductile iron, ductile iron and vermicular cast iron. Silicon barium calcium

Calcium Silicon Barium Inoculant, the most effective deoxidiser and desulphuriser in barium alloys, can greatly reduce the oxygen in steel and make the complex oxides containing Ca/Ba/Si/Al more easily flow out of steel, thus purifying the steel and improving its toughness.

Composite deoxidising: combining the deoxidising effect of silicon and calcium, it can remove the oxygen in the melt more efficiently.

Silicon Aluminum Barium

Silicon Aluminium Barium alloy is a new type of deoxidiser for steel production.
It can improve the mixture content and the gas element content in steel, reduce the cost and save the use of aluminium as a new effective technology.
Silicon aluminium barium can replace ordinary alloy and pure aluminium for deoxidation at the end of steelmaking process, especially suitable for deoxidation of continuous casting steel.
