Introduction to ferro silicon barium Alloy
Zhen An Metallurgy provides you with silicon barium alloy, the composition can be customised, barium content of 10%-30%, silicon content of 35%-65%, and other residual amount can be adjusted.
Silicon barium alloy is mainly used as deoxidiser and desulphurising agent for steel making and inoculant for casting. Silicon barium alloy improves the quality of steel through deoxidation and desulphurisation, which makes the liquid steel purer and the steel performance higher. Compared with traditional Ferrosilicon alloys, silicon-barium alloys are more efficient and economical.
Silicon barium alloys can also be used in ductile cast iron as an inoculant for cast iron to promote graphite formation and enhance the mechanical properties of cast iron. Silicon barium alloy is a long-lasting and effective inoculant in cast iron production.
Types of ferro silicon barium Alloys
Silicon barium
Silicon-barium alloy (Si Ba) is a high-quality inoculant and a highly active iron alloy. Silicon-barium inoculant is suitable for gray cast iron, ductile iron, ductile iron and vermicular cast iron. The chemical elements such as Ba and Ca are stable. Silicon-barium alloy has excellent quality and competitive price.
Strong deoxidation ability: effectively remove oxygen from cast iron and improve metal quality.
Improve fluidity: enhance the fluidity of castings and reduce casting defects.
Antioxidation: performs better under high temperature conditions and is suitable for high temperature smelting.

Silicon barium calcium
Calcium Silicon Barium Inoculant, the most effective deoxidiser and desulphuriser in barium alloys, can greatly reduce the oxygen in steel and make the complex oxides containing Ca/Ba/Si/Al more easily flow out of steel, thus purifying the steel and improving its toughness.
Composite deoxidising: combining the deoxidising effect of silicon and calcium, it can remove the oxygen in the melt more efficiently.
Improvement of casting quality: Enhance the crack resistance and wear resistance of castings, suitable for high demand casting process.
Reduce impurities: the addition of calcium can effectively reduce the impurities in the castings and enhance the purity of the metal.

Silicon Aluminum Barium
Silicon Aluminium Barium alloy is a new type of deoxidiser for steel production.
It can improve the mixture content and the gas element content in steel, reduce the cost and save the use of aluminium as a new effective technology.
Silicon aluminium barium can replace ordinary alloy and pure aluminium for deoxidation at the end of steelmaking process, especially suitable for deoxidation of continuous casting steel.
Multi-alloying: Provides the advantages of aluminium and barium at the same time, improving the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy.
Improve fluidity: In the casting process, Silicon Aluminium Barium can further improve the fluidity of the melt and reduce defects.

Silicon Aluminum Barium Calcium
Calcium silicon aluminium barium is the most effective deoxidiser and desulphuriser in barium alloy. It can extremely reduce the oxygen in the steel and make the complex oxides containing Ca/Ba/Si/Al flow out of the steel more easily, so as to purify the steel and improve the toughness of the steel.
