PRODUCT DETAILS

Product Description

Ferroniobium (abbreviated as FeNb) is a vital iron-niobium alloy that plays an irreplaceable role in modern metallurgy and high-end manufacturing. Produced by the aluminothermic reduction process, this alloy combines the excellent properties of iron and niobium, presenting as silver-gray metallic lumps with uniform texture, no obvious non-metallic inclusions and no loose powder, which is easy to store and transport.

Our ferroniobium covers three standard grades: FeNb40

, FeNb50 and FeNb60, classified by niobium content, with high density (7.5-8.2 g/cm³), appropriate melting range (1 4 0 0-1 5 00℃), excellent hardness (2 8 0-3 5 0HB) and good corrosion resistance. As a key alloying element in steelmaking, it can effectively refine the grain structure of steel, enhance the strength and toughness of steel products, and significantly improve their corrosion resistance, widely used in the production of high-strength steel, stainless steel and tool steel.

In addition to steelmaking, our ferroniobium is also an essential raw material for casting, superalloys, superconducting materials and electronic materials, and is gradually expanding its application in emerging fields such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, nuclear fusion and AI servers. All products are strictly produced in accordance with international standards, with each batch undergoing strict physical and chemical testing by X-ray fluorescence (XRF), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and other professional methods to ensure stable quality.
