Introduction to Silicon calcium Alloy
Silicon calcium, also known as silicon calcium alloy, belongs to the category of ferroalloys. Its main chemical components are silicon and calcium, and it also contains impurities such as iron, aluminum, carbon, and sulfur.
It is an ideal composite deoxidizer and desulfurizer, which can be used to produce a variety of steels, such as rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel and other special alloys, such as nickel-based alloys and titanium-based alloys.
Silicon calcium alloy can also be used as a heating agent in converter steelmaking workshops, and can also be used as an inoculant or additive for the production of cast iron and ductile iron.
